Course description

This course contains the concept of software quality and how we can fit the quality approach into your organization’s process. Organizations who are interested in establishing consistency software development in order to better manage the process and improve quality must have a PPQA role. This course provides a comprehensive PPQA body of knowledge and PPQA activities throughout the Software development life cycle. Participants will understand the fundamental of quality and how PPQA involves and helps to improve the software quality from the experienced PPQA together with the sharing knowledge/experience from guest speaker and real world case studies.

Course objective

1. To ensure people understand the importance of the software quality together with the software process.
2. To understand the overall concept of software quality also in the practical aspect.
3. To ensure people balance their knowledge on both define and deploy process.
4. To understand the PPQA activities and practices in the real world.
5. To ensure people will measure where they are in the maturity level, and how can move up to the higher level.
