Position: Software Process Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities:-

  • Be part of Process Improvement team to define and maintain software processes for customers
  • Review and revise software processes according to comments from customers
  • Provide requirements to and work with developers in development of process tools
  • Verify and validate process tools developed by the development team
  • Provide training and consultation regarding software processes
  • Review development activities and audit work products to ensure process compliance
  • Support team with any requested inquire

Qualifications:-

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other equivalents.
  • Strong knowledge in Software Development process and lifecycle.
  • Have exposures in software development models or frameworks, such as CMM/CMMI or ISO Standards.
  • Have experience in the fields of Software Process Improvement, Software Quality Assurance and Software Development Process control
  • Team work and willing to learn new things
  • Self-starter, good interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and work well with deadline
  • An effective verbal, listening and writing communications skill both in English and Thai.
