  Course description

This course is intimately designed not only for introducing the fundamental concept of Six Sigma but also for exploring the opportunity to leverage CMMI level of the organization. The approach could significantly help organizations in order to improve their ability to develop and maintain quality products and services. Its model has been proved from many world-class firms as the proven discipline-specific process improvement models.
